Dana Wright, OD Consultant/Graphic FacilitatorDana Wright has over 15 years experience in working with organizations, teams and individuals to help clarify their purpose, vision and create powerful action plans that move them forward. She has worked in the public and non-profit sector as well as with multi-nationals, mid-sized businesses and start-ups. She works as a graphic facilitator to help draw out the big picture of what people are trying to achieve.
Dana's recent efforts have been focused on strategic planning, internal engagement and communications. She enjoys working on projects which help build organizational effectiveness and team performance. Her success has been driven by her understanding of the organizational and individual importance of clear communications, direction and purpose.
Dana received a Masters of Science degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. She also trained with the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael as a personal and professional coach. Dana is working on a book to help business executives understand the importance of continuous engagement. She has spoken with several organizations about creating successful internal communications campaigns.
